Lord, take away this ache in my heart.
I know I have asked this of You before.
This ache consumes my every waking moment,
haunts my dreams, weakens my spirit.
I pray You take this from me,
so the burden is no longer my own,
but ours together.
I have wasted enough energy
and am ready to turn it over to You completely.
I believe in You and Your will for me.
